Class Descriptions:

Open Vinyasa - A mixed level class for students with some yoga experience, asanas are taught in a flowing vinyasa style with modifications to make them feel right for you.

Prenatal Yoga - Designed to meet the needs of pregnant women. Strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth.

Carrie is simply terrific. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and at the same time so down-to-earth and easygoing. The classes flew by without me looking at my watch every ten minutes. Her warmth and approachability, combined with expertise in the field of yoga (and prenatal yoga in particular) make her a truly unique instructor. I enjoyed her approach to the birth process and parenting as well. Her class is one thing I will definitely miss about being pregnant!

I remember my first pre-natal yoga class with Carrie, shortly after I discovered I was pregnant. It not only was great for me physically but I remember how moved I was by her meditations. I feel truly blessed to have had her as an instructor throughout the past 9 months. I gained so much physically and emotionally from the classes. Carrie clearly has a passion for yoga and childbirth and this is very evident in her classes. My husband and I also attended her Childbirth education class. We learned more in 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon in this class than some other classes over a 5 week period.
